Artist Help:Events

There are thirty-two of these system event flags. There are set by System Commands and can be tested by a sequential scene to perform conditional actions.

The system command can be set from industrial automation interface, MIDI input or even from another cue or scene.

Triggering a Scene

A flag can be used to advance the steps of a scene. In the triggers combo box select the flag you wish to use. Now when the flag is set by some external event the next step of the scene will be displayed and then the flag is automatically cleared.

Scene Direction

A flag can be used to change the direction of scene. In the direction combo box select the flag you wish to respond to. Now when the flag is set the direction is forward and when the flag is cleared the direction is backwards.
