The Sunrise dialog provides the times of sunrise and sunset based on your computers latitude and longitude.

Setup To set you location,

uncheck the Lock box use the mouse to point to your location on the map of the world and click on it. That's it. You can also play around with different location and different times of the year by unchecking the Today box and manually selecting a date.

Remember to check Today again for normal operation.
