When you run the Fixture Wizard you can select the Pixel Array.TEM file if you are installing pixel arrays. Pixel arrays are multiple cells of 3 channel red, green and blue control channels. Generally, these are LED panels or arrays of LED fixtures. You can, of course, install these as LED Colour Mix Dimmer on the standard Fixture grid. The advantage of defining them as Pixel Arrays is that you can use the Effect Canvas to place the array. === To Install Pixel Arrays === For example, we will assume we have 10 off 8 X 1 pixel strips. * Select Main Menu/Wizards/Fixture Wizard * Select Pixel Array.tem * Name your new Fixture Grou. Click Next * Select Array 16 X 1. You can resize it in the next step. * Set the Pixel Count - in our example 8 * Set the Columns X Rows combo to 8 X 1 * Leave everything else as default. * Click OK. * Set the number of fixtures - in our example 10 * Select the universe * Set the first address * Set the Fixture name i.e Strip #1 * Click Next and Finish. This will now open the Pixel Array Tools dialog to allow the fixtures to be aligned and sized.
