[[File:Global.jpg|400px|frameless|right]] This window provides Master fade, rate and blackout functions. {| class="wikitable" |+ Global Functions |- | Master || this controls the level of intensity parameters in all cue lists. Cue lists defined as Non-Blackout and all non-intensity parameters are unaffected. The fader will optionally snap back to maximum if a cue in a cue list that is not marked as non-blackout is activated. See Control to change this behaviour. |- | Rate || this is a proportional control of the rates in your programmed cues. Global control of a cue list's rates are optional as select in the Cue List properties. |- | Blackout || sets the Master fader to zero. A subsequent 'Black' will restore the Master fader to its maximum level. By default activating a cue in a cue list that is not marked as non-blackout, will restore blackout. See Control to change this behaviour. |- | Fade || fades the Master fader to zero. A subsequent 'Fade' will fade the Master fader to its maximum level. The rate is set in the cue control properties. |- | Normal || Normalises the global rate control. |- | Preset || toggles preset mode |- | Clear || this clear all active objects except those marked as non-blackout |- | Settings || opens the properties dialog to allows timing adjusts. |- | Pilot || activates the Auto Pilot |- | Blind || puts Artist in Blind Edit mode |- | Pause || pauses all activity. |} === Blackout and Restore === Clicking Blackout/Fade will blackout any running cues. Subsequently clicking Blackout/Fade will restore the cues to their previous state. === Blackout and Override === Clicking Blackout/Fade will blackout any running cues. Subsequently activating any cue will override all previous cues, exit Blackout mode and activate the new. === Preset === With cues active you can click on Preset. The button will flash indicating Preset mode. Now when you activate any cues they will not activate and will be indicated as preset by an amber button. Now clicking on Preset again will deactivate all previously active cues and activate those that are in preset. === Blackout and Preset === With cues active you can click on blackout or fade and the cues will blackout. Now click on Preset to enter preset mode. Activate some cues in preset mode and use blackout or fade to restore to the preset state.
