This workspace shows how Variables can be used to provide advanced control of cues. In this example the Variables are set via System Commands embedded in Cue in Variables cue list. These Cues in a real world situation would probably be trigger from external sources. While looking at this workspace it is a good idea to look at the variable windows to see the values. === Dimmer Cues === Select the Dimmers fixture group in the Fixture client view to see what these cues do. {| class="wikitable" |+ Caption text |- | Dimmer Chase with optional steps|| This is contains an 8 step scene sequence. Every alternate step is conditional on Binary1. Try Dimmer chase options cue in Variables cue list. |- | Dimmer Chase with manual step trigger|| This is contains the same 8 step scene as the above cue. This, however, does not step automatically but rather steps on Binary2. Try Dimmer step cue in Variables cue ist to advance steps. |} === Moving Cues === Select the Moving Lights fixture group in the Fixture client view. {| class="wikitable" |+ Caption text |- | Pattern || This contains a lissajous effect on the Yoke parameter. The X to Y property of this effect is connected to Decimal 2. Try Moving Pattern cues in Variables cue list to change patter. |- | Yoke Circle|| This contains a circle effect on the Yoke parameter. The Spread property is connect to Decimal 1. Try Colour 2 cues in Variables cue list. |} === Variables === This cue list contain cues that change the values of various variables used by the above cues. This cue list is in Latched mode and most of the Cue are set to Force Hold with a specified hold time.
